Transforming a conversational podcast into a viral sensation. We executed a complete marketing takeover and technical overhaul for Uncorked, resulting in over 30 million clip views and 10,000+ new YouTube subscribers within the first month of management.

While the content was world-class, the podcast required a technical foundation and marketing strategy to match the caliber of its guests.
Podcast Studio X was brought in to handle a complete marketing takeover and manage the hybrid production workflow (remote and in-person).
The Approach
We identified that the show needed immediate technical housekeeping and a visual facelift to compete in the crowded business category. Our strategy focused on three pillars: Professional Polish, Discoverability, and Viral Content Engineering.
1. Technical Overhaul & Distribution The existing audio had never been properly mastered. We implemented professional audio engineering to ensure broadcast-quality sound. We also migrated the RSS feed to bring management in-house, cleaned up directory listings to ensure visibility across all platforms (Apple, Spotify, etc.), and handled all distribution logistics.
2. Brand Identity & Web Presence We built a custom, SEO-optimized website to serve as the show's home base, importing all existing episodes with new, search-friendly transcripts. Simultaneously, we revamped the YouTube visual identity, creating high-converting thumbnails that drastically increased click-through rates.
3. Strategic Marketing & Guest Relations We took over full management of social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). This included a white-glove approach to guest relations, coordinating with guests' teams to ensure synchronized promotion.
